The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with double oven and every small kitchen appliance a gourmet cook could imagine (see our list under amenities).
The Main house features two master bedroom suites, one on the main level and the other on the lower level, both bedrooms have king size beds. The third bedroom is also located on the lower level and features a queen size sofa bed. This bedroom serves a dual purpose as it has a full office setup with two workstations, high speed internet, printer, fax and copy machine. The Main house also has a large game room with a pool table, wet bar, TV, CD and stereo system. French doors open to a large expansive deck with a small hot. Just about every room in the house as a separate television, lots of board games and a Sony 3 Play station with Blu Ray as well as an Ipod / MP3 player docking station. Having the great room upstairs and game room downstairs allows families to either enjoy spaces together or apart. The best feature of this property is it also has a totally separate guest house that joins the main house by a walkway-bridge. The guest house has its own self contained kitchen and cozy wood stove in the living room. A charming dining area and two separate bedrooms with full size bathroom. The guest house master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom which has a trundle with two twin size beds as well as a sofa bed in the in living room area.

Upper Level Main Floor
Entry hall showing the walk-way bridge to the front door. The main living space is located upstairs providing a full picturesque view of the water. The Main house features two master bedroom suites, one on the main level and the other on the lower level, each with a king size bed with pillow top mattresses. A second lower level den offers a full office set up with high speed internet, printer as well as a sleeper sofa.
Dining Room
Headland House has an exceptionally large dining area with enough seating for ten guests. The dining table has two 18" leaves and two extra host chairs that are not shown. The dining room is open to the kitchen as well as the great room. Built-in cabinets with wet bar sink perfect for buffet family style dining or a formal gathering. Double doors lead out to the deck.

Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops a Sub Zero refrigerator with six burner gas range and Dacor double ovens. We have stocked Headland House with just about every small appliance a guest could ask for. High quality pots and pans, knives, food processor, 4 slot bagel toaster, coffee grinder 12 cup coffee maker plus a espresso maker, blender, bread maker, ice cream maker, waffle iron. The house is also stocked with condiments, spices,large and small crock pots and pan cake griddle to name a few.

Powder Room
The Main Floor as a lovely open and airy Powder Room which gives the sense of the outside coming right through the window
Upper Level Master Bedroom
The Main Floor Master Bedroom is nice and roomy and features a Eastern King size bed with a soft and lush pillow top mattress. The upstairs Master bedroom has some of the best views in the entire house...enjoy watching the Washington ferries crossing and eagles soaring while sipping coffee from bed. Behind the Chest shown in the photo is a 40" Flat screen TV and DVD system

Lower Level Master Bedroom
A second Master suite is located on the lower level which features a king size platform style bed which is lower to the ground, with a top of the line pillow top mattress. Elegant bedding has been custom designed to compliment this Asian style furniture. This lower level master suite also features a 27" television which is located inside the chest.

Family Room
The lower level family room features a really nice size game room with wood burning fireplace, billiard table, flat screen TV, Sony Playstation "SR3" featuring Blu Ray technology and wet bar with small refrigerator and ice machine. Full library of board games, as well a playing cards and poker chips
As you enter the game room you will find a two small mini bar wall tables attached to the walls in the shape of elephant heads with extra bar stools
Headland House has a full library of board games Clue, Jenga, Life, Monopoly, Strategy, Risk, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Trivial Pursuit, Candy Land, Poker Chips, Old Maid, Fish, and for Rich Dad Followers the Cash Flow Game
Third Bedroom with Office
The third bedroom is located on the lower level with views of the sound and French doors that lead to the spa area
The third bedroom has a queen size sofa sleeper with upgraded mattress
For those of us that must work on vacation this is the perfect set up. Features a full office set up, including wireless high speed internet, separate fax line, two desk chairs, printer, fax and scanner as well as a copy machine.
Hot Tub Area
Just outside the family room you will find double doors leading out to the lower level deck that has a private area for the in ground hot tub. 
Headland house has a Hot tub with patio set for outside enjoyment. Spa Towels and spa robes provided for our guests

Headland - Guest House
One of the finest features of Headland House is this totally private self contained Guest House that sits over the three car garage. The guest house is connected to the main house by crossing a walking-bridge.
Guest House Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen
The guest house living room features a flat screen TV on a swivel in corner of the room as well as a DVD and stereo system. Terrific views of the sound can be seen in the background. French doors lead out to the private deck.
If you need extra sleeping capacity the guest house sofa makes into a queen size sofa bed
The guest house dining area has a small dining area with seating for six people. We also provide a totally separate internet wireless connection for guests that order the guest house separately.
The guest house kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The range top is available for use however, the oven has been turned off as San Juan County does not allow ovens to be used in guest houses .
Master Bedroom Guest House
The guest house master bedroom features a queen size top of the line pillow top mattress. French doors lead out to the private deck area where guests can enjoy watching the sun rise while sipping morning coffee. The bedding has been made custom to fit with the elegant India safari. This bedroom also has a flat screen television.
Second Bedroom Guest House
The guest house has a second bedroom with wide expansive windows capturing the views of the sound. This bedroom is ideally suited for children features a trundle bed with two twin mattress, one with a top of the line pillow-top (sorry the mattresses will not make up as a king size bed as one mattress sits lower the ground). This bedroom has been decorated in a tropical monkey theme that children will enjoy we even have a stuffed monkey sitting on top of the bed making them feel right at home.
Expansive Decks Main House
Headland House has expansive decking on all levels of the house. Every room in the house has a French Door leading out to the deck area.
Headland House Picnic Area
Headland House has it's own picnic area featuring a professional Horseshoe Pit
Beach Access & Boat Dock privileges
Headland House has a walkway path from the property to the private Spring Point homeowners beach and dock area. Walking distance is about 10-15 minutes the location is about 1/4 mile walk from the house.
Guests of Headland House have the capability of using the private beach and boat dock privileges for a maximum period of 72 hours
The
guest house has a wrap around deck that extends from the bedroom along
the side to the main living area around the front. Small seating area
with separate grill.
